What happens on renewal?

If you’d like another rent paid in advance towards the end of the tenancy, just let us know and we’ll pay you another year's rent upfront, minus the cost for Rent Paid in Advance Full Management and any setup costs incurred (i.e: professional referencing is required at the start of any rent paid in advance term). The landlord must replenish the maintenance float on renewal as agreed with the local partner agent and any charges incurred i.e. safety certificate renewals).
