What is Optional Rent Paid in Advance Add Ons?

A Partner Agent is paid 20% commission by rent paid in advance on all of the below optional Add-Ons if sold.

For Tenants:

Zero deposit option (ZDO): available for an extra 4% of the monthly rent, paid along with their monthly rent payments

Tenant rent guarantee (TRG): available for an extra 3% of the monthly rent, paid along with their monthly rent payments.
